Dear Media Colleagues! Jai Hind! You are hereby informed that the National Media Federation, i.e., Rashtriya Media Mahasangh, is a progressive organization of journalists. It was first established during a journalists' conference held in Rishikesh in 2004. Later, it was formally registered at the national level in Delhi in 2009 through a legal process.
The objective of the National Media Federation is to organize, protect, and empower journalists, writers, photographers, cameramen, and editors associated with print, television, film, and social media, and to connect their media institutions with the organization. This ensures that our brave media personnel can carry out their professional duties and responsibilities fearlessly while safeguarding and serving democracy.
